5. Exclusions: Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, underwear, and swimwear. Additionally, any items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned.

6. Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or store credit.

8. Store Credit Expiry: Store credit issued for returns does not have an expiry date. You can use it at any time to make a purchase on our website.
